"Rosina's impact in our school was immediate. She carefully analysed our  data and teaching approaches and worked with leaders and teachers to develop a plan to embed formative assessment practices across the school. Rosina's approach was inspring. She was knowledgeable  and credible. She carefully tailored her delivery to the specific needs of each teacher. It was the first time we had had teachers looking forward to the professional development meetings and  in class modelling sessions. Our writing achievement raised steeply within two years".
